A joint exhibition between Clarence Valley artists Stuart Murphy and Grace Thorley, “Fresh” features a combination of photographs/photography and water colour paintings.
Thought provoking and inspirational, this exhibition will be open for a limited time at
The Old Kirk from 5th – 30th January
All Stuart’s images are aerial photographs of wetlands and estuaries on the NSW north and mid-north coast captured with the use of a drone. The patterns, colours and textures are so variable from season to season and with changing light conditions.
Grace Thorley’s works are drawn free hand and painted with watercolour paint. Really colourful and bright artworks with a mixture of pencil work and fine ink. In the ‘Fresh’ exhibition all of Grace’s works are a series of bright, rainbow coloured animals. This exhibition is Grace’s largest collection of works to date.
