The Society provides a service for the general public to research enquiries into the history of people, places or events relevant to the Yamba area.
Research Fees
- Museum entry: $3.00
- Local non-profit voluntary organisations: No charge
- Friends of the Society: No Charge
- School Assignments - a CD or kit for Centopath topic: $5.00
- Adults researching a project with minimal advice: $10.00
- Family history research: $10.00
- Extra charges for all photocopying and printing of photographs according to normal prices
- Plus hourly charge for any work carried out by Research Officer or Members
Ordered Photo Printing
Professional quality photographs can be ordered from the Museum. Payment is requested prior to your order being processed. Please click here for the Research/Photo Print Request Form.
Sizes: 6x4 - $5.00; A5 - $10.00; A4 - $20.00

One Stop Research Shop
The Research Shop presentation and data base was developed by the Museum's volunteers so you can undertake your own research using the Museums many resources. Information about the history of Yamba  and its surrounds is included in scrapbooks, photo albums, government publications, newspaper articles, periodical and general books. Navigating the easy to use "Shop" you can search for particular names, phrases or dates.
