Research Inquiry
The Port of Yamba Historical Society may be able to deal with inquiries into the history of people, places or events relating to the townships of Yamba and Angourie, Palmers Island, Romiaka Island and Micalo Island. Inquiries relating to the area beyond Palmers Channel should be addressed to the Clarence River Historical Society (Grafton), Maclean District Historical Society or Iluka History Group.

Even a simple inquiry can involve some preliminary research on the part of our research officers. A fee of $10 will be required before any inquiry is investigated. The purpose of this fee is to cover the time involved in this preliminary research to determine if further work is involved and providing a quote.
